General Responsibilities:

• Serve as an Instructor and provide members with an amazing Group Fitness experience.
• Develop engaging routines and choreography for a personalized class experience.
• Engage in marketing and social media outreach and participate in events to gain a loyal following of Cycle & Praise Fitness.
• Act as a Brand Ambassador for Cycle & Praise Fitness.
• Provide excellent customer service, externally and internally.
• Participate in special and member events as scheduled, virtually and in-person.
• Maintain operations protocols in classes.
• Complete all administrative requirements associated with class preparation.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 years of teaching group fitness classes preferred.
• Certified group fitness instructor preferred, will train and assist with certifications.
• High-energy, personable and have a passion for fitness with a team-first mentality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Teams.
• Strong communication skills.
• Reliability.
• Must be able to lift 30 to 45 pounds or appropriate weight to lead class

Work Schedule:

• Must have the flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule including weekend, holiday, and early morning/midday/late evening weekday availability.
• Paid through weekly payroll.
• Opportunity to become a Full Time Position (minimum of 30+ hours per week)

In this role you will be teaching different Indoor Cycling classes per the Studio guidelines, interacting with riders, and promoting the studio and your classes. This role is integral to the business.

• Provide exceptional customer service to all guests.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Greet and build rapport with all clientele.
• Uphold Studio policies and cleanliness standards.
• Instruct different class types to riders.
• Create fun, exciting, and energetic playlists.
• Create a community within the studio.
• Continuous involvement in studio events.
• Regular social media engagement.

• At least 6mos of teaching cycling classes preferred.
• Certified spin instructor preferred, will train and assist with certifications.
